To apply for a loan through Scratchpay, you must meet these minimum requirements:

• Age: At least 18 years old
• Citizenship: U.S. citizen or permanent resident
• Bank Account: Valid checking or savings account
• Income: Regular source of income (employment, benefits, etc.)
• Contact Info: Valid email address and phone number

Additional Lender Requirements

Individual lenders may have additional requirements such as:

• Minimum monthly income thresholds
• Minimum credit score requirements
• Employment history requirements
• Debt-to-income ratio limits

State Restrictions

Our services are not available to residents of:

• New York (NY)
• Vermont (VT)
• Arkansas (AR)
• West Virginia (WV)

Credit Check Information

Prequalifying through Scratchpay uses a soft credit check that will not impact your credit score. If you accept a loan offer from a lender, the lender may perform a hard credit inquiry which may temporarily affect your credit score.

No Guarantee of Approval

Meeting these eligibility requirements does not guarantee loan approval. Each lender makes independent credit decisions based on their own underwriting criteria.
