Submitting a loan request through Scratchpay does not guarantee that you will be matched with a lender or receive a loan offer. Lenders make independent credit decisions based on their own criteria.
Information Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false information may result in denial of service and potential legal consequences.
Fees
Scratchpay does not charge consumers any fees for our connection service. However, individual lenders may charge fees such as origination fees, late fees, or prepayment fees. Always review the lender's terms carefully before accepting any loan offer.
Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Provide false or misleading information
- Attempt to interfere with our services
- Use automated means to access our services
